Give your users the power to take action via email
What it does
The Take @ction Power Tool by Avicado allows your users to take action quickly and seamlessly via email with simple-to-use buttons that send notifications corresponding to available actions from the current e-Builder® process step (e.g. Approve, Submit, Revise, etc.).
With Take @ction you can:
- Quickly receive an Approve/Reject notification from someone at the organization who would otherwise need to log into e-Builder®. For example, a University Engineering Department Head who needs to authorize a design change could do so directly via email.
- Replace all process notifications for your users with customized notifications sent and received via emailed action buttons.
