Operations Specialist
As Operations Specialist, Valerie handles all of the invoicing and payroll processing at Avicado, and also assists in the technical onboarding of our new hires. An FPC-certified professional with over four years of experience across the human resources industry, Valerie serves as the primary point of contact for Avicado’s system access and support.
Prior to joining Avicado, Valerie worked as a senior account manager at ADP managing several multi-million dollar client relationships. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University and is proficient in Spanish. Outside of work, Valerie flexes her creative side as a photography and interior design buff. In her free time, you can find her seeking inspiration in HGTV and finding ways to update her house, or out with friends and family holding the camera and snapping pictures.
